ZEUS HR transfers reliable data to the corresponding HR-PDC interface. As a link to Time Management, ISGUS provides a recording level for all time relevant HR data and at the same time uses the information provided by the SAP environment.
Employees have the facility to interrogate the data on the IT700 and IT 800 terminals providing them with details about their time accounts, bookings, balances, etc.
All absences and related information, i.e. in/out, break, official absences are recorded and automatically transferred to SAP ERP.
The system also performs the task of assigning bookings to cost centres, projects and orders and transferring time event types like interim bookings for access control.
Access Control
Many security requirements are demanding combinable access control systems.
ZEUS HR is capable of enhancing your SAP ERP system. It also allows for the access control to be managed directly by ZEUS, providing additional features such as time zone monitoring, 2-badges-principle and room surveys.
All information held between ZEUS and SAP ERP system is automatically processed via the IT 400 series terminals.
Access readers are available with all standard reading technologies, both with and without PIN entry or as a biometric solution for fingerprint verification.

In connection with the SAP PP module for production planning, ZEUS offers efficient and reliable production data recording, thus optimizing your production flow and overall productivity.
The software receives the relevant production, order and basic records via the ERP interface. All time and pay card related events are first checked for their validity. The evaluated data is reported back to the SAP system. ZEUS provides easy recording of orders, operations, processes, order changes, quantity bookings, start/stop bookings, collective orders and the completion of all steps on the ISGUS terminals IT 860 and IT 920, bookings on clients or mobile recording devices in all production areas, both in engineering and development.
